It's hard to love a stranger...
And right now, you are one.
Consider this your official introduction to YOU:
Thirty days to get to know, understand, and fall for the person you've been becoming all along.
Hi, My Name Is
arrives December 2026.
The person you've been putting last deserves to be found.
Self-love is more than a candle and a bath. It's deciding that you’re allowed to give yourself the same attention, patience, and compassion you give to everyone else.
That’s exactly why I wrote Hi, My Name Is .
Over the next thirty days, I’ll guide you through the questions that invite you to slow down, pay attention, and get honest with yourself about who you are and what you want.
Together, we’ll explore how our past has shaped us without letting it decide everything that comes next.
There’s something powerful about understanding yourself well enough to forgive who you’ve been, appreciate who you are, and choose who you want to become.
You deserve to give yourself that chance… and it starts today.
You're used to giving everything to everyone else. It’s time to give yourself 30 days of that same energy.
Each day, I’ll ask you a question and share my answer first.
I won’t ask you to go somewhere I haven’t been willing to go myself… And I won’t pretend I have all the answers either.
I’ll share what I’ve learned by looking at my own life, including the parts I’d rather skip over, and give you room to explore your own.
Some questions will spark a memory. Others might challenge a story you’ve told yourself for years. You may even finally find words for something you’ve felt for a long time but never quite understood.
Through it all, I’ll encourage you to approach yourself with curiosity and compassion. You can take your time. You can pause. Most importantly… you can be honest without having to make it all make sense just yet.
Thirty Days. Three Parts.
The Most Important Person You’ll Ever Get to Know.
-
The favorites, the details, the seemingly small stuff that makes you you. This is the warmup. The first date. After all, the best conversations always start somewhere easy before they go somewhere real.
-
This is where we dive past the surface. Think second date territory. We explore what you believe, what (and who) shaped you, and the weight you’ve been carrying longer than you probably realize. We start asking why, and give ourselves room to be honest about the answers.
-
The hard stuff. The healed stuff. The still-working-through-it stuff. The corners of yourself you haven’t visited in a while, whether that’s been intentional or not. This is where we get to your beautiful, messy, true core and make room for the parts you’ve kept in the shadows. There’s light there, too.
Knowing yourself is loving yourself.
Hi, My Name is Katie.
I’d love to tell you that I’ve done the work and have it all figured out… That I’ve found the magic secret to just be happy, healed, and on the perpetual up-and-up.
But I didn't write this guided journal from the other side of healed... I wrote it in the middle.
Truthfully, I'm not sure "healed" should even be the goal. What we've been through shapes every part of our lives, and the longer we're here, the more we keep learning about ourselves that we didn't know before. Healing is growing. Isn't it kind of beautiful that we get to keep doing that our whole lives?
So don't take this as another "how to instantly fix your life" self-help book. I don't know how to do that. No one does.
This is going to help you figure a lot of yourself out in the middle of it all.
There's a heavy weight that shows up when you really start to examine yourself. What you've done, what you're actually accountable for, who you've hurt, how you've stayed small, what you've been afraid of — it all piles up fast, and there's no one else to blame for it.
At the end of the day, our choices are ours.
Hi, My Name Is _________ will explore every single layer, giving us “whys” behind the “whats”, give us space to find forgiveness, and show us exactly why we deserve to feel confident in who we are and who we want to grow into.
